By creating an account or using Kayreal, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use Kayreal. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Kayreal is a human-only social media platform that allows verified users to share authentic content (posts, photos, videos, comments, messages). Our focus is on real people, real connections. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription, processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems.

To use Kayreal, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

• You agree to complete our human verification process to ensure that only real people access Kayreal.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• Impersonation, fake accounts, and attempts to bypass verification are strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Post prohibited content (see Community Guidelines).
• Use bots, automation, or AI-generated content.
• Circumvent verification, moderation, or security features.
• Violate any laws or third-party rights.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.

• You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Kayreal.
• By posting, you grant Kayreal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.
• You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload.
• Intellectual property violations (copyright, trademark, etc.) are not allowed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Kayreal, you agree to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Premium services are billed only through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Kayreal does not process payments directly and never stores your credit card or banking details.
• All payment terms, billing cycles, refunds, and cancellations are subject to Apple or Google's terms of service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• Fail to maintain account security or verification.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app.

• Kayreal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kayreal and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts in London shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
